The 8 Talent Management and Human Potential Development (TMHPD) specific courses were developed in 4 workgroups. Each course was developed collectively by CA partners, coached by one of the four EU universities. CA and EU partners collaborated in curriculum and individual course development through seminars, knowledge-sharing platform, and workshops in EU partner institutions. Course syllabi and introductory texts, readers and case studies were all jointly developed by partner institutions.ÌýÌý
