About the project: Air pollution in Central Asian countries, especially in听Kyrgyzstan, is a serious issue. Air Quality Bishkek uses听evidence-based, citizen science to monitor hard听particles in the atmosphere surrounding Bishkek. We听are creating an extensive monitoring network听throughout the city to collect air pollution data.听Together with the local NGO Move Green and the听partner from German NGO within the program听鈥淧rospects for Youth鈥�, cross-cultural partnerships are听established to manage monitoring devices.
